Tolulope Esther Fadeyi is a Researcher of History and African Studies whose research explores the medical history of Africa, the history of medicine and diseases in colonial Africa, African religion and spirituality, traditional medicine, African Historiography, 19th and 20th Century Yoruba Society, Nigerian History and Gender Studies. Her interest in maternal health also extends to the history of rural women and children and the medical dynamics that impact their patterns of health.
Tolulope is a Fellow of Lagos Studies Association and a PhD Fellow of Humer Foundation for Academic Excellence at the Centre for African Studies, Basel Graduate School of History and Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute of University of Basel, Switzerland. She intends to create a rally point for research, public policy and advocacy in matters relating to maternal health.
Feyi is a graduate of History and Strategic Studies, University of Lagos. She is passionate about charity and community services. She loves writing and carrying out research that has to do with community development.
